To preserve Landfall Cottage, protect the natural environment
and conserve the cultural heritage for the benefit of the people
of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Be a centre for life-long learning for people and organizations to practice the arts and humanities.
- Long Term Goals:
To achieve long term sustainability for the Trust through fund development and appropriate activities consistent with the cultural, heritage and educational objectives of the Trust and will include, among other activities, the sourcing or grants, holding special events, and meeting with major donors.
